About Javier Vela

Galería Ana Serratosa is an area for exhibition, advice and trade of national and international pieces of art. It has been directed by Ana Serratosa since Ana has a BA in the History of Art and was joint owner of the “Breton” gallery in Valencia between 1989 and 1995, where she took part at the Stockholm 1990, Chicago 1991 and 1992, Basel 1993 and ARCO 1992, 1993 and 1994 trade fairs. The philosophy behind this Art Space stems from a purely commercial aspect, understanding art as a passion that deserves to be enjoyed and shared. From that basis, the concept of an exhibition bringing together artists, critics and the public at the same time in order to see, understand and value exhibits first hand. The Ana Serratosa Gallery specialises in national and international artists of consolidated prestige with a clear view to the future. Always keeping up to date and never losing sight of what is happening around the world, we visit trade fairs throughout the year such as Frieze, Basel, Basel Miami, ARCO and other trade fairs. All the information is then shared at this area in Valencia with presentations of Artists, discussions about different aspects of art, and consultancy… The personal and professional relationship with many of the artists with whom we continue to work, dates back nearly two decades. This is undoubtedly a long time, during which artists and critics alike have confirmed that our commitment is well worthwhile. Ana Serratosa Art & Spaces. Is the new definition of what we do to bring out art to outdoors and also attached art to buildings.
