As a sales director with 20 years of experience - in roles throughout the entire cycle – I have developed myself into a versatile leader who specializes at driving sales in different regions through hard work, creativity, and strong, lasting interpersonal relationships. My experience in the industry helps me to create innovative solutions to whatever problems my clients or I encounter. Sometimes the solutions are not obvious, but my diligent work ethic and creativity pushes me to find solutions for my customers. I have led teams through full sales cycles, completing contracts and improving customer’s experience. I’ve operated as the point of contact for customer specific matters, listening to what the customer wants and aligning that to my strategic view of the marketplace. In the past, I have been brought in to bring contacts back from the brink of failure, as my in-depth knowledge of the product and drive to help my clients is my ultimate goal. In my current role, I strive to combine my experience with my diligence to help clients realize their potential. As a Sales Director, I thrive on creating relationships with customers that represent a partnership. I enjoy developing a rapport with clients. While developing this relationship, I am able to learn and truly understand what the needs of the customer are. Strong relationships built on trust are the basis of success.
