I’m a Product Design Engineer with experience in process improvement, ERP systems, and user centered design. I’m passionate about solving problems through structured thinking, creativity, and empathy, always aiming to make processes and experiences more efficient and meaningful. I have 3 years of experience supporting system implementation, data analysis, and service optimization in higher education. I also completed a UX/UI Design Bootcamp, where I gained practical experience in user research, interface design, and usability testing. Currently, I’m working at Browns Shoes in Montreal, supporting daily operations and inventory organization while improving my French and preparing to reconnect with my professional field. I’m actively seeking opportunities in product coordination, process improvement, UX research, or technical project support, where I can contribute with analytical thinking, adaptability, and a user oriented mindset.
