About Javin Sim

For me, it happened the day insurance became the lifeline that saved my younger brother. That moment didn’t just open my eyes, it changed my path. It led me into financial services, and eventually to Manulife, where I discovered a mission greater than myself and a community I now proudly call family #JoyToAchieve. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of serving clients from all walks of life, and more recently, leading and mentoring a tribe of young professionals to build careers that are not only financially rewarding, but also deeply meaningful.
