I am a passionate coach and Occupational Therapy doctoral student dedicated to empowering career-minded professionals to unlock their full potential through evidence-based personal development strategies. Currently completing my OTD and leveraging over a decade of expertise in fitness, health, and wellness, I employ a strengths-based framework that builds confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. My dual trajectory, in coaching psychology and clinical training, allows me to deliver highly customized, results-driven support. As an Occupational Therapy Acute Care Rehab Intern, I honed skills in patient assessment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and rapid decision-making under pressure. In my ongoing role as an Orthopedic Hand Therapy Intern, I am developing advanced proficiency in neuromuscular re-education and functional restoration. These clinical placements inform my coaching methodology: I blend objective outcome measures with motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients overcome barriers, establish sustainable habits, and achieve their career and wellness goals.
