A seasoned IT professional with 35+ years of experience in managing complex ERP and IT infrastructure projects across various industries, including 23+ years in the cement sector. Currently seeking new opportunities to leverage my skills and expertise in leading digital transformation and delivering business value through IT solutions. As the IT Director at Riyadh Cement, I successfully upgraded, implemented, and unified Oracle EBS modules, IT cybersecurity controls, IT helpdesk, and virtualized data center with high availability. I also managed the merger of two entities into a single entity of all Oracle EBS modules, and developed RFP for DCS integration with OPM in coordination with ABB. Previously, as the Senior Project Manager IT at Southern Province Cement Company, I spearheaded the SAP ERP ECC6.0 implementation of FICO, SD, HCM, PP, QM, PM & MM modules, and completed the setup of IT infrastructure and IPVPN among all the three plants and HO. I have a 100% success rate in leading ERP and IT infrastructure implementation projects with multi-cultural teams for diverse businesses all across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I hold an MBA-IT degree from Sikkim Manipal University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering from Institute of Computer Studies. I am also PMP certified and proficient in databases, Oracle database, and analytical skills. I am fluent in Arabic, Urdu, and English languages. I am passionate about driving IT strategy and business alignment, optimizing IT operations efficiency and cost, and bridging communication with the executive management and stakeholders. My goal is to contribute to the growth and innovation of organizations that value IT as a strategic partner and a competitive advantage.
