6+ years of experience in Operation Government & Public Sector deparment. I was managing a section of 12 metro stations and a team of 15 members and gained expertise in multiple functions operations, project management, procurement, inventory management, vendor management, tenders. Analysing customer feedback and complaints to provide promt resolution. Implementation of integrated data management system (IDMS) for recording maintenance & operation activities of E&M systems. I have also led projects and have expertise in planning and coordination, testing and commissioning, and cross-functional department management, responsible for end-to-end project monitoring of electrical and mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and SQL for analysis of data and help in decison making.
