I like to dive into problems and provide solutions. I bring versatility and innovation leading meaningful and measurable change within multi-faceted corporate and military environments. Utilizing and leveraging practical and strategic experience in project & program management I enable organizations to achieve their goals and deliver competitive results. Leveraging risk mitigation strategies to identify and assess the consequences of occurrence, I drive cost, schedule, and performance metrics to achieve program success. My current role is in support of Department of the Navy, Surface Ship Combat Systems Modernization. I am passionate about sharing information, ideas, and methods and encourage continuous learning amongst all functional and cross-functional teams. I value positive work-life balance and encourage everyone to take advantage of time to recharge and refresh whether it's a quiet night with a book or an adventure through nature; I feel people perform better when there is time to reset and subsequently share experiences to inspire others.
