I have designed materiel and supply support strategies, and posses more than nine years acquisition experience on two Acquisition Category ID programs (greater than $2.79 Billion Major Defense Acquisition Programs) at Commander, Naval Air Systems Command supporting combat operations. I held two different Directorships at Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, Georgia; I was a Director for the Logistics Capabilities Center and the Distribution Management Center. I am DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) Level certified and experienced in Program Management, Level certified and experienced in Life Cycle Logistics (level is the most senior certification requiring years of experience and schooling). I have an active Secret security clearance. I have more than 10 years managing contracts, and using an Earned Value Management System to manage Cost, Schedule and Performance. I have marketing experience for business development and contract execution. I know supply chain management, operations, engineering and can balance priorities and manage those decisions. I am well experiences utilizing Performance Based Logistics, Repair of Repairables, Test and Evaluation and Fielded system support. I have significant experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance studies and implementation. I seek challenges in emerging technologies and leading motivated groups to maximize process efficiencies and integrating complex solutions. I have supported briefings at the Secretariat level and supported Higher Headquarters for logistics planning.
