I am also a visionary thinker with a plan. Whether it be an itinerary for a trip with my wife (which includes a PowerPoint) or completing my Doctorate of Strategic Leadership, I am a thoughtful and an intentional communicator in pursuit of a goal. Yet, visioning without strategic thought can be vaporous. I am committed to a strategy backed vision so what I lead, and what we work on, lasts. In all that I do, I aim to propel people to higher levels of excellence by assuring and reassuring them that I value their contributions and their capabilities. While success is about strategy and vision – nothing can be done unless people are connected to and with the process.
