Our efforts have focused on redesigning key processes, which has significantly boosted production efficiency. The journey from Engineering Manager to Vice Project Director at Delstar / SWM and now Vice President at SpillTech has honed my expertise in facilities, operations and cross-functional team leadership. My technical background in apertured nets, nonwovens and thermal lamination has been crucial in our endeavors to refine manufacturing processes. These skills have empowered our team to deliver on ambitious engineering projects and contribute to the company's growth in the highly specialized field of nonwovens manufacturing.
