About Jay Bradshaw

Former management consultant with an interest in the Media, Finance and Insurance industries. I spent 4 years abroad in Penang completing my GCSEs before returning to the UK to attend Pembrokeshire College. For 6 months in 2021 I worked on a project I founded called 'VocalWales' with the intention of connecting Welsh diaspora throughout the world with the power of writing. This then evolved into the blogging firm "scope" with a more ambitious goal of connecting students from every country to encourage early career networking and a positive attitude to study. In 2021, I spent a year working as a management consultant at F500 firm IBM, with a focus on talent transformation consulting. During my time at IBM, I had the opportunity to not only work on large bids for contracts but also to take over the management of a significant public sector project. I then went on to work for GSK as a Data Analyst, handling the rollout of wearable devices across one of the UK's most productive sites. I hope to see myself progressing as a Business Analyst in thr future embracing multiple disciplines including Risk Analysis, Change Management etc. In my free time you can find me either playing guitar or working on a new creative photography project.
