About Jay Brooks

With many years of experience within the retail and healthcare contact centre industries, and a strong track record in team development, I’ve cultivated a well-rounded skill set and a development-minded attitude. My career journey has taught me to work well as a team and independently, adapt effectively to change and lead with empathy. My current role sees me take responsibility of leading shifts for my specific region of the South West of England and Wales. My responsibilities include managing the team, designating roles, coaching staff and analysing performance and targets. Helping people is one of my favourite things to do and having the opportunity to use my skillset and empathy to help people thrive is at the forefront of my motivation In the future I’d love to develop my coaching and team development skills further in more specific development roles In my spare time I love to produce music, play videogames, get tattooed, collect clothes and shoes and also stay fit and healthy at the gym.
