About Jay Brownstein

I am a trial lawyer with 30 years experience in all aspects of state and federal court litigation, including appeals. I represent clients in personal injury, business and employment litigation including wrongful death, automobile, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse and catastrophic injury cases; shareholder/partnership disputes, investor fraud, fiduciary duty, business torts and commercial litigation; wage & hour, discrimination, whistleblower and wrongful termination matters; and consumer class actions. I also have experience in complex bankruptcy litigation, commercial and technology disputes, and have served as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous complex class actions and multi-party cases.
