Jay Chaudhry is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded a series of successful technology companies, most recently, Zscaler. With his proven track record of developing trailblazing innovations that address the demands for securing the seamless exchange of information, Jay’s latest pioneering technology is the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange, a fundamentally new approach to secure highly mobile employees and help accelerate digital transformation. His vision and contributions to the IT security sector has made him a trusted advisor for many enterprise CIOs and CISOs. From 1996-2007, he founded a series of groundbreaking technology companies- SecureIT, the first pure-play Internet security service (acquired by VeriSign)- CoreHarbor, a managed ecommerce solution (acquired by USi/AT & T)- CipherTrust, the industry’s first email security gateway (acquired by Secure Computing/McAfee)- AirDefense, a wireless security pioneer (acquired by Motorola) In his current role, Jay leads Zscaler’s vision and strategy, steering the innovation path to stay ahead of requirements in the highly dynamic enterprise security space. Zscaler’s broad set of cloud-native Zero Trust security solutions help enterprises accelerate secure digital transformation for today’s direct-to-internet, cloud-first organizations. Today, over 40% of Fortune 500 enterprises rely on Zscaler to simplify their IT operations, consolidate point security products, and improve security and user experience.
