As a Senior Quality Engineer with 4.5 years of experience, I specialize in QA testing within the Cards and Payments domain. My expertise spans both manual and automated testing, where I excel at writing, executing, and optimizing test cases to ensure robust and reliable software. With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and a commitment to process improvement, I've successfully led projects that meet tight deadlines while enhancing team efficiency and smooth project delivery. Currently, at LTIMindtree, I lead efforts to enhance QA practices by developing test scripts for automation, managing defect resolutions, and maintaining clear documentation to onboard new team members. I also have a hands-on background in defect management, and using tools like UiPath, SoapUI, and Postman, and work with databases like MySQL, Oracle.
