Previously I have had huge success in customer service and client retention. I also have extensive background in the financial field as an investment advisor and Mortgage Loan Officer. I love the entire process of the sale…from needs identification to solution to closing to retention. I believe that it takes a certain kind of person to provide sales and customer service of a higher level and that I am exactly that kind of person.
