I have successfully led and transformed the technology organization that supports the sales, marketing, client service, and product management functions. I defined a new client experience program and executed the technology strategy aligned with the business objectives and client needs. Delivered innovative solutions that enhance the client experience, streamline business processes, and accelerate business results. Some of my key achievements include a new web and mobile experience for clients and internal users, designed and implemented the global rollout of Salesforce, an onboarding workflow solution, master data management, and launching of a wealth management business.
