Since the start of my current role, I have led the product management and strategy for 4 AI/ML-driven product launches, as well as coached and consulted on 9 products, achieving for our clients a product adoption rate of 155% against our targets. Our team's dedication to agile methodologies and customer-centric development has resulted in reducing the average minimum viable product development cycle to just 6 months, while maintaining a client satisfaction score of 97%. My journey, however, began much earlier, from project management of web and mobile apps; to military service where I learned servant leadership and strong communication skills, getting to brief the Secretary of the State of the United States on an innovative technology platform, leading and coaching teams in significant operational units in Europe; to later empowering startups with sales, product management and customer discovery training. What drives me? A relentless desire to make a tangible impact. Whether it's aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision, strategic coaching and consulting, or enhancing service delivery, my goal has always been to deliver exceptional value. I measure success not just by the strategic initiatives executed but by the outcomes they bring about.
