Early bird and highly driven on success, learning and developing skills to improve on in the future. I currently work in direct line group as a claims handler managing claims from start to finish. We are in charge of putting customer back in a position they were in before they had a traumatic experience. the role has taught you how to deal in stressful situations and how to manage customers expectations. the role has allowed me to train, develop and understand how to overcome any difficulty. I graduated Coventry University with a BA in Business Management as i hope to progress up the ranks in a company to become a manager. the course provided us with the knowledge of how a company is run, the importance of paperwork and how to approach every situation that can and will be thrown at you in a professional environment. University has definitely changed my perspective on things such as how to expand your mind achieving only the best and has provided the room for improvement as the mind is never completed until you are satisfied in your current role.
