My experience as a volunteer Technical Analyst at St. Albert Public School District No. 5565, leading to my current role as a Technical Analyst II, has equipped me with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, and network support. I hold a Network Administration Diploma from ABM College and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of Cebu. These qualifications have provided me with a solid foundation in networking principles, system administration, and IT security. I have successfully installed, configured, and repaired computer hardware and software systems, tested program compatibility, and resolved technical challenges to optimize system performance. Beyond the education sector, I am eager to expand my expertise into diverse IT environments, including corporate and enterprise settings.
