About Jay Durski

I love being a diplomat, and that’s what a Property Manager is. I thrive by listening, understanding, and communicating between everyone associated with the property. I’m enthusiastic about helping others, paying it forward, and going above and beyond with each and every task. My job history includes working in a restaurant, factory, distribution warehouse, cubicle farm, and starting my own small business. These experiences have been instrumental to my success in property management by enabling me to communicate and relate to people from all walks of life. It makes it easy to balance the views of multiple interested parties when you understand other peoples’ perspectives. I've had residents from every continent, and I always look forward to meeting someone from a country I've not had a resident from before. In my free time I like to hike mountains, run 5Ks, go to pinball arcades, and play Nintendo Switch or Call of Duty.
