About Jay Friedrichs

I am fascinated with the human body and how we can optimize it to function at the highest level possible. Special interests in exercise and sports physiology, nutritional interventions, sleep physiology, mindset and health psychology, neurobiology, personalized medicine, health tech and innovation, and a holistic view of health to increase lifespan, prevent chronic disease, improve healthspan (quality of life), and to live the best life possible. I strive for a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. My mission is to empower others to live a more adventurous, healthy, joyful, and fulfilling life. I grew up playing sports all day, every day. 3 sport athlete and captain/leader. I played football, basketball, and ran track in high school, playing a bit of basketball at the collegiate level. Ran a marathon. Mountain bike ultramarathon. I have always been a hard worker, and I will continue to pursue challenges, play sports, get outside, mtn bike, ski, etc. I love to travel and experience the world. I have a deep passion for learning, educating, health, productivity, technology, and understanding this complicated yet fascinating world.
