Started at Hillenbrand Industries, May 11,1978 working in the mail room. Moved to a position with Hill-Rom in the accounting department 3 years later. From there I worked my way into materials management as a stockroom auditor and then cycle counter. Finally was moved into my current department - Quality - and started out as a quality technician doing final line inspection. From there I was moved into metrology and maintained the metrology system before taking my current position as a Process & Product Quality auditor. Have been the lead on many rework projects and managed many special projects related to quality issues.
