With over 22 years (around a decade in Risk Management & Internal Audit and more than a decade in Planning / Operations) of progressive experience, I am a seasoned professional recognized for my contributions across all three lines of defense in Organizational Risk Management and Governance. I have had the privilege of shaping and leading the risk management function as a founding member, contributing significantly to: • First Line of Defence (LOD1): Over 13 years, I have directed Planning and Operations, driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies. • Second Line of Defence (LOD2): Founding member of Risk Management function. Successfully implemented "Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)" framework across the organisation which incorporated Risk Management (RM) Policy, RM Procedures, Risk committees structures, tools/ templates etc. As the Risk Management Lead for 5 years, I spearheaded risk oversight in areas of Operations, Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Continuity Planning across various group companies of Reliance i.e, RJIL, JDFPL, QWIK Supply Chain etc. ensuring robust risk identification assessment, and mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational interests. • Third Line of Defence (LOD3): For 4 years, I served as the Internal Audit Lead, ensuring rigorous compliance and governance within Operations and Supply Chain Management. I provided independent assurance on internal controls and operational integrity. Throughout my career, I have been committed to enhancing organizational resilience through strategic risk management practices and fostering a culture of compliance and operational excellence. I am passionate about leveraging my extensive background to drive sustainable growth and mitigate risks effectively.
