At Exodus Recovery Inc, my role as a Discharge Planner allows me to leverage my strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless transitions for our clients. The experience gained from past positions, including mental health worker and residential counselor, has honed my problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills, which are vital in supporting our team in providing exceptional care. Currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work program at the University of Central Florida, I am expanding my expertise to enhance the wellness and safety of those we serve. My education and experiences are aligned with a commitment to fostering positive outcomes in mental health care. I am currently pursuing a remote position to align with my needs for internship hours for my clinical field placement for my Master of Social Work.
