As someone predominantly concerned with words and language, I am especially committed to improving written and verbal communication from all angles. How can we improve our language as a company to present a consistent, successful brand image? How can we use user-oriented approaches to improve written UX content? How can we streamline and elucidate internal channels of communication to minimize misunderstandings and avoid confusion? All this extends from my motto and mantra: use words well. Where I particularly excel is in creative, collaborative environments. I specialize in thinking critically about complex problems, evaluating their multi-layered contexts, and reframing them to find novel approaches. I value taking the time to zoom out and understand a situation broadly before closing in on the essential components.
