About Jay Harvey
After 37 years as a member of the Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School community as a teacher and administrator, I began my role with PAIS in July, 2021. Prior to this new role, I had served on nearly 20 independent school accreditation committees and was a member of the PAIS Commission for Accreditation for 8 years. In my new position I look forward to strengthening accreditation across the Association while serving our 120+ member schools faithfully. Part of this can be accomplished by visiting as many schools as possible to hear their thoughts on the decennial accreditation process, and then creating and supporting the Visiting Committees for these schools in any way possible. I am also connected to the people who fulfill this job in the Associations across the United States and internationally and that network is invaluable in the ongoing work to serve our schools well.Finally, I am part of a PAIS Staff that is committed to serving our member schools in accreditation, programming, PA government access, and connectivity.
