I have eight years of hands on experience as a Support Engineer and a Technical Account Manager / Application Development Consultant at Microsoft, providing solutions for Fortune 500 retail e-commerce customers.I managed the contract lifecycle from onboarding to renewals. I was responsible for owning and managing the interactions between product support and development. My time there proved invaluable for gaining an understanding of internet technologies and the software development processes. It also honed my organizational, prioritization, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills. In addition to my extensive experience at Microsoft, I hold Interactive Producer, Digital Marketing Strategies and Web Design certificates from Portland State University. The programs not only provided insight into developing strategies around Digital Branding, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Website Measurement and Optimization, but they also enhanced my skills for gathering and analyzing customers’ business requirements while updating my technical and development skills. I enjoy learning and creative problem solving, anticipating needs and overcoming roadblocks. I see the big picture.
