As Director of Recycling & Operations at Renov8 Polymers Recycling Industries, I specialize in transforming post-industrial and post-consumer plastic waste — including PMMA, ABS, PC, PS, and polyolefins — into high-value materials, re-entering the manufacturing cycle through extrusion, compounding, and sheet production. With a deep-rooted mission to replace the creation of new plastics, my work revolves around recovering, purifying, and re-engineering polymers using advanced systems. We don’t just process waste — we redefine it as a valuable, repeatable resource. My role spans across operations, innovation, supply chain management, and revenue strategy — ensuring environmental impact is reduced without compromise to performance or profit. I oversee a fully integrated workflow from recycling and warehousing to logistics, packaging, and global commodity sales. I believe that industrial sustainability requires more than green messaging — it requires durable systems, product traceability, and scalable recycling infrastructure. Through constant R&D, operational efficiency, and team-driven execution, I help accelerate the shift away from linear plastic production toward a regenerative economy, reducing dependency on new plastic generation.
