With a proven track record in real estate valuation and development, my expertise lies in identifying opportunity's, strategy and project management, and precision execution. During my tenure with the British Columbia Public Service, I have lead cross-functional teams in advancing real estate development on public lands. I have project managed multi-million dollar projects through dynamic market conditions and local municipal processes, coordinating between ministries, municipalities, consultants, contractors, and the general public. With over 10 years of experience as a commercial and residential real estate appraiser, my roles necessitated a deep and always growing understanding of real estate development, market conditions, and trends. My use of advanced market research and complex analysis techniques have consistently led my success in these roles. Effective communication and fostering collaborative relationships have been pivotal to my successes. These competencies, coupled with my Accredited Appraiser of Canada (AACI) and Professional Appraiser designation, enable me to provide strategic insights and contribute to the comprehensive development of the real estate landscape in British Columbia communities.
