About Jay Kaduson

As a Client Program Leader for our US Firm, I work with a team of partners that serve marquee clients spanning every industry. Through my work on this program, I am committed to helping our partners bring the best of the Firm to our clients with a purpose to not only understand their strategic goals, but to help them realize their vision and deliver better business outcomes. I have spent over 26 years in industry, and I am passionate about using my experience to build trust with my clients and meeting them where they are. I consistently work with my teams to ensure we are employing strategic approaches that are meaningful and unique to each client’s needs and value creating objectives. I am proud to serve as a Lead Client Partner for numerous prominent clients for the Firm. In this role, I am responsible for setting client account strategy, developing relationships, and overseeing the delivery and execution of work across all PwC project areas. Most recently I have also had the opportunity to lead several special projects in PwC’s Client Office, including the development, launch and execution of a partner development program and the CEO immersion program. I graduated from Muhlenberg College and received a JD from the New England School of Law. I maintain my license with the Massachusetts Bar.
