Thanks for visiting my LinkedIn profile today. With 20 years of experience in Operations and IT Management, I have held multiple leadership roles for Fortune 100 CPG and B2B organizations. As Chief Architect of EPAY’s time and labor management cloud computing system, my passion is to present superior workforce management solutions in the areas of time tracking, labor management, employee scheduling and wage and hour compliance to employers with a distributed labor force. My chief role at EPAY Systems is to lead strategic development of our solution’s architecture (Blueforce), systems operations and integration, product innovation, and customer support and implementation. I also lead EPAY’s development efforts in integrating compliance auditing and management capabilities into EPAY’s Blueforce software. Leveraging my knowledge of time and labor systems as well as wage and hour litigation trends, my team and I bring these solutions to bear to EPAY’s customers, some of the largest business service providers in the nation. Before EPAY, I was the lead for key development and process engineering at JohnsonDiversey, one of the world’s largest suppliers to the building services, food services, and hospitality industries. Here I designed and implemented multiple customer applications including labor management systems, QA and auditing, sales support channels, supply-chain and service management systems. In 2001, I filed and received a patent on method and apparatus for work management in facility maintenance which launched a number of time and labor management applications and hardware systems. I frequently speak on the topics of time and labor management and wage and hour compliance. I hold a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State.
