With over 9 years of experience in ticketing technology, ticketing operations, customer experience, event management, and live events, I am a seasoned professional in the event industry. I have worked in India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, gaining knowledge of B2C, B2B, and B2B2C ticketing systems and markets. Currently, I am the Event Operations Sr. Manager at tiket.com, the leading online travel and entertainment platform in Indonesia. I am responsible for setting up operations SOP for events, handling the PNL for operations at the events, automating the events process to make it scalable across countries, and working with product to develop automated features for zero error and scalable operations. I also ensure that operations as a service can be sold and profitably run across countries. I have a strong background in ticketing operations, quality assurance, marketing communications, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), which I leverage to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for our customers and partners.
