About Jay Kim

I have worked in various country clubs building my customer service experience as a caddy and food runner. I developed valuable experiences as a manager at Chipotle and reinforced my comfort working in a team environment. As one of the few managers at Chipotle, I've worked with various employees while coordinating with Corporate to deliver an excellent customer experience. During my time at Chipotle, I was fortunate to see that my efforts transitioned to results as our store became one of the few stores holding the prestigious Restauranteur and Certified Training Manager titles. My latest experience was interning at Rutgers eSports, in particular their social media team. This gave me valuable experience marketing social media posts to garner attention to Rutgers eSports. I have also had the experience start and maintain our TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.
