Extensive experience in negotiation and development of multi-million dollar contracts for telecommunications voice and data networking, equipment consulting services, software purchases, and outsourcing. My primary focus at work is on true relationship building internally/externally within an organization at all levels to facilitate selling solutions that fill a customer need. My most recent sales management activities are related to the Verizon Healthcare Insurance Life Sciences (HILS) organization in Orange County representing the interests of several clients. Previously at AT & T I supported NASA, JPL, and the Department of Energy for my last four years. I strive to work diligently with professionalism and grace in leading the dedicated and other available resources to my position and with outside vendor partners to drive revenue attainment and exceed customer expectations. Ultimately, for one to effectively satisfy internal and external customer expectations requires possession of a "buck stops here" attitude - I am hard-wired with this mentality. Expert in voice communications from TDM to the current generation of VoIP and cloud-based technologies (CPE, Managed, Hosted) available in the marketplace.
