Hi, my name is Jay! As a recent Director of Marketing & Operations, and I bring extensive hands-on experience in digital marketing, E-commerce, and multi-platform product management. Colleagues would describe me as dependable, organized, and execution-driven—which has enabled me to scale storefronts from scratch, lead marketplace expansion across Amazon and Faire, and improve performance through strategy and sheer consistency. I’ve spent my career bouncing between corporate teams and entrepreneurial ventures, and both sides have shaped how I work. I know how to build a process from the ground up, and I know how to work within one without getting lost in red tape. Key highlights include: • Launched and managed multiple Shopify sites, owning end-to-end merchandising, content, and backend operations. • Scaled Banner & Oak brand visibility with paid social and influencer strategy, doubling engagement and boosting conversions. • Increased Amazon revenue significantly through listing optimization, keyword strategy, and platform alignment.
