About Jay Lerew

I have held positions in sales, operations, management, training, and corporate Human Resources. I entered training in 2005 as the Manager of Training & Development for Ferguson’s plumbing division in Raleigh, NC. These roles, along with my current role as Human Resource Business Partner, align with my one of my earnest passions which is to help others reach their true potential by identifying their abilities and assisting them in forming a plan which will best allow them to accomplish their life desires. Through career exposures, my ability to positively interact, communicate, counsel, and provide solutions to other individuals in business and personal settings has developed into one of my greatest assets. I long to collaborate with individuals of like and opposed mind in hopes of stretching boundaries, denying complacency, and heightening personal performance to positively impact overall growth and profitability. I yearn to participate in the dreams of others (and the company) while forming and fulfilling my own personal vision to improve the welfare of my family, colleagues, and business affiliates, and the customers we are fortunate to work with.
