Prior to his time with GSI, Jay was with the Cancer Support Community (CSC) for 14 years, where he progressed from President & CEO of a successful local chapter to Senior Vice President for Affiliate Relations and Strategic Growth at CSC’s international headquarters in Washington, D.C. Prior to his tenure with CSC, he was a Regional Social Services Director for The Salvation Army for seven years. Jay earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Emory University, where he was an NCAA All-American and team captain in swimming. He holds Masters degrees in Social Service and Law & Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Jay is married to Tracy Bradford-Lockaby and has a son, Owen, and daughter, Layla.
