I handle all incoming requests for our partners pertaining to all aspects of the telecommunications industry, from pricing and contracts to escalations and commissions. I work hand in hand with our partners and strategize goals and relationships with suppliers in our portfolio, as well as building partners' businesses and continued growth. I also maintain their Elite status with Telarus, ensuring they receive the best service and support possible. I have a strong background in data analytics and Salesforce, which enables me to track and optimize partner performance, revenue, and satisfaction. I also have experience using tools such as NetSuite, Zendesk, and Pivot Tables to manage and analyze data, and generate reports and dashboards. I have also earned multiple certifications in cloud computing, account management, and stress management, demonstrating my commitment to learning and professional development. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Western Governors University, with a focus on business administration and management. I expect to graduate in June 2025, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to further enhance the partner experience and the company's success.
