They're about building something people want to be part of.I come from the ownership side of hospitality, a family platform operating branded hotels across Hilton, Marriott, and IHG flags. My perspective has been shaped by being close to every layer of the business, from brand relationships and capital decisions to what actually moves the needle at the property level.My real interest is in boutique and lifestyle hotels, where F&B and programming aren't amenities, they're the product. Our experience focused F&B outlets has shaped how I think about hospitality investment more broadly: the physical space matters, but the experience is what drives loyalty and rate.I'm also paying close attention to how AI is changing what's possible in hospitality, not just in operations and revenue management, but in how investors and asset managers make decisions.
