Recognized for transforming facilities into strategic assets that elevate brand identity, generate revenue, and enhance user experience. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, securing board approvals, and delivering award-winning facilities on time and on budget—including UCF’s renovation of the John C. Hitt Library, expansion of the UCF Student Union, and Loyola’s Alfie Practice Facility. A natural builder of people and culture, I’ve advanced from assistant-level roles to senior leadership, mentored dozens of emerging professionals, and shaped team structures that support innovation, accountability, and engagement. With a Blue Belt in Innovation Engineering and PMP certification, I’m constantly expanding my leadership toolkit to meet enterprise needs.
