About Jay Mankad

I am a Director in KPMG Sydney’s transfer pricing team with more than 14 years of experience in transfer pricing compliance, global structure planning, advisory and transfer pricing dispute resolution. Jay has worked in Australia and in India providing global assistance across a broad range of industries and sectors, including technology, financial services, asset management, retail and consumer, manufacturing, specialty chemicals and industrial products. Jay has assisted many Fortune 500 companies and global multinationals in planning, documenting and defending their global transfer pricing positions. This includes preparing transfer pricing documentation, negotiating successful risk review and audit outcomes, and bilateral / unilateral Advance Pricing Arrangements. More recently, Jay has assisted clients on the evolving BEPS landscape and tax developments, anti-avoidance engagements, helping global clients manage the introduction of the Country By Country rules regionally as well as managing regional documentation projects.
