With over 17 years of experience in supply chain and operations management, I am a Central Procurement Manager at Nevada Gold Mines, the world's largest gold mining complex. I am responsible for leading a team of Contract Specialists and Buyers to optimize the sourcing, contracting, and purchasing of goods and services for the entire operation. I leverage my MBA degree and my skills in negotiation, operations, and management to deliver cost savings, quality improvement, and risk mitigation for the company. I am passionate about driving procurement excellence and innovation, and contributing to the company's mission of creating value and improving lives through sustainable and responsible mining. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different industries and regions, such as Intel Corporation, where I was an Operations Manager and a Commodity Manager for over six years.
