Professional individual with 5 years experience in the criminal justice community working with Police Departments, Sheriff's Offices, Prosecuting Attorneys, Courts (Municipal and State), state agencies, and federal agencies. At this time, my role is that of a Trainer/Auditor II with the responsibility of of assisting in Training related to Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR-IBR), Use of Force Reporting, Livescan and ink fingerprints, and the National Data Exchange (N-DEx). Additionall, performing triannual audits for agencies on the Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System (MULES), Missouri Incident Based Reporting (MIBRS), N-DEx, and RAP Back. This includes supporting multiple public speaking events, training creations, audit redesign, and so much more. Further I have extensive knowledge and experience with Criminal History Reporting, management and leadership experience, and more.
