About Jay McGee

Wanting to break free from a traditional desk job, Jay became a seasoned handyman, acquiring many hard skill sets in the construction venue in and around the greater Tampa Bay area. Later, wanting to take back control of his diet and nutrition, Jay discovered Moringa, and its miraculous benefits. Having had such great results in his personal health journey, Jay then turned this passion for Moringa into a business model selling great products online and at local farmer's markets. This passion has morphed into an agricultural based business with the newest iteration known as,"American Moringa Growers." The AMG grows moringa and makes feeds and fertilizers on St Croix, US Virgin Islands and is based out of Christiansted. Having developed expertiese and connections in the agriculture world and construction, Jay is now venturing into the world of sustainable development, having been named as Vice President for Commonworks, Inc. Commonworks is a USVI based development cooperative focusing on affordable housing, food system development, and environmental improvements through earthworks, permiculture design, and sustainable agroforrestry. Jay feels lucky to have made it to this place and is excited for what tomorrow holds.
