I have been around the cipp lining industry all my life as my dad has been in the trade for 30+ years and was trained by the late Eric wood at insituform in the early 90s. I have always worked for my dad and brother as a kid in the summer holidays. I have been doing this as a career since 2014 when I left school. I worked on the Thames water contract as a lining team leader of a gang of 4. I am currently the Lining Foreman for Clancy Group on the Anglian water WRN WR alliance contract. I can lead and install various lining techniques such as: structural patch lining from 100mm-1m diameter pipelines in all profiles and pipe materials, bluelight LED lining, pitchfibre rerounding and UV lining using the prokasro rig. in pipe diameters up to 1200mm. I am also skilled in more traditional methods of lining such as, hot cure and ambient cure. using air inversion and water inversion. I can install lateral connection tophats from the main line using the new picote top hat system. Where we sealed infiltration and saved Anglian water lots of money in tankers in near by pumping stations that couldn’t cope with the demand, I have installed 120m of spray liner (SIPP) in a 600mm foul, gas attacked pipeline. And have no completed my potable SIPP training to line potable water mains. Just now waiting to do my wrc approval. I’m also skilled with resin injection to stop water infiltrating into manholes,pipelines,homes and buildings. I am also a competent robot cutting engineer using the following robotic and mechanical cutters: cane rod handle bar cutters Prokasro electric and air driven robots Ims automatic lateral air driven robot Picote I have a good set of qualifications such as, Confined space nvq level 3 and rescue Hpwj Sssts Full Street works operative Abrasive wheels CAT and gene JHL trained Asbestos awareness Asbestos low level Grundo Mechanical winch Trailer license First aid
