About Jay Melevo

With over 10 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a senior integration project manager at MasTec Network Solutions, a leading infrastructure construction company. I have a strong background in project planning, execution, and communication. My mission is to deliver high-quality projects that support business goals and customer satisfaction, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders and team members. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities that the telecom sector offers, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and value. In my current role, I direct and manage project development from beginning to end, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing full-scale project plans and budget proposals, and liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. I also effectively communicate project expectations to team members and ensure that they have the resources and support they need to achieve project goals. Some of the projects that I have managed include CBAND, LTE, UMTS, CRAN, 5G and NSB projects, involving the scoping, validation, and coordination of materials, equipment, and construction activities. I have also contributed to the preparation and submission of final closeout documents and compliance with carrier specifications. Through my work, I have demonstrated my skills in telecommunications, management, and project planning, as well as my ability to work with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing environments, and solve complex problems.
