About Jay Mowchenko

I am a gifted teacher, leader and mentor. I build healthy thriving teams and systems the enable people and organizations to thrive. The main strengths that I bring to my leadership roles are vision, teaching and facilitating, team building, and systems thinking. As a husband and father, I put my primary focus and energy towards having a healthy family that are empowered to become all that they were made to be. I have started two businesses: the first was starting a new church, which continues to thrive today, more that 20 years later; the second is a coaching/consulting business, Shalom Leadership - built to model and teach a different philosophy of leadership - one that gives life to individuals, teams and organizations on all levels. For 12 years, I led a thriving multi-staff church with a long-term team of diverse skillsets that was engaged in many community service efforts. Currently, I am self-employed, and contracted with Korn Ferry to coach, facilitate and lead individuals and organisations towards sustainable peak performance.
