Jay is a HR professional with experience in Early Talent and Diversity & Inclusion within large organisations. With a design thinking mindset, Jay's unrivalled strength is bringing together & leading technical, commercial & strategic projects to solve complex challenges in rapidly evolving organisations. Her career experience includes over eight years managing back office projects along with end-to-end HR/recruitment processes where Jay worked with, and advised both internal and external senior stakeholders. She has strong leadership skills and has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects to tight deadlines. Commercially minded and solution orientated, she is a master in facilitation and corporate storytelling and is passionate about bringing stakeholders on the journey - whether that’s helping students start their career or working with leadership. Jay is passionate about supporting local communities and small business' so during Covid Jay and 3 friends started a specialty take away coffee shop, Dux Brew where she still works casually as a barista.
